UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MINISTRY INVOLVEMENT
The "SIMBA" Male Mentoring Program for boys 8 to 18 years of age is now accepting applications. If you have a son, grandson, nephew, neighbor, in this age group who has not participated in SIMBA, please pick up an application in the Church office.
ACT/SAT Informational Workshop

12 noon until 2:00PM.
Women's Fashion Share 2008 is scheduled for September 20th. Open the clothes closets in your home and share your abundance with those in need. We need new or gently used clothing for women, children and youth in every size and shape. We need deodorant, soap, toothpaste, lotion, combs, brushes, new underwear and any other personal items you can think of (no mouthwash please). Just a reminder - please wash, press, or dry clean all clothing items and mark the size clearly on each item. Also remember that if you wouldn't wear it, chances are no one else will either. A clothing rack and other receptacles will be available in the church vestibule starting next Sunday (08/10/08) to receive your items.
